Family Notes

Henry Delbert Perrin was born in Grenville Ontario. According to birth records from Augusta, Grenville County, Ontario, Canada, Henry Delbert Perrin was born to John Perrin and Eliza Jane Birk on April 5, 1880. (The birth was not reported to the registrar until November 1880. Also, it is likely that Eliza's last name is mispelled, and she is correctly Eliza Jane Burke.) In subsequent documentation through his life, (e.g. 1918 draft card, 1910 and 1920 census), Delbert Perrin gave his birth year as 1882. It is not clear whether the Ontario records or Delbert is incorrect. To further confuse the matter, his headstone in Hope Cemetery gives his birth year as 1884.

Henry Perrin immigrated to the United States in 1898 and was naturalized in 1904[1910 Census].

Leona M. Millard was adopted by Samuel and Jessie Millard.
